A liability waiver must be signed by each class participant before they can join class.
No participant can hold Jane Blackerby, Summer Bond, Teresa Wilson, the city of Edwardsville, KS, or the Owners of
the Facility responsible for any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly
to any person or thing by the act of any dog in attendance at the training activity. Participants will assume sole
responsibility for the actions of their dogs and agree to keep them under control at all times before, during and after
the training activity. Participants also agree to clean up after their dogs at all times inside and outside of the training
building.

| Small Dog Class 7:00 pm to 7:45 pm $10 per class |
| Large Dog Class 8:00 pm to 8:45 pm $10 per class |
